We have many guests from other cities come to our wedding, we make "welcome bags wedding", you give us ideas or suggestions are what we put in bags. Preferably cheap products, we are on a budget with these bags. I am also very clever, if you have any creative ideas.

If we allow bag, I thought about what you value most as a guest and the first thing that comes to mind was the water. Most of the time in a hotel, where we desperately need something to drink and maybe a snack. It is also good to have bottled water on the bedside table in the middle of the night.

Snacks and local dishes are always a pleasure, but to stay away from anything too exotic or rare. It may be a local specialty, but the results outside the city could very turned off by something strange. Stick with brands known local food such as crisps, chocolate, etc.

Splurge a little, and confectionery, fresh brand. Shop at the local dollar, almost never a good idea for food, for starters, and espeically not the guests. Believe me, we had a generic gift bag of a cousin, if we really turned off by it. Better not take something to get something seemed to be half-ass in the air and thrown together, not to mention cheap and outdated.

Warehouse clubs are great places to get along well. We are allof us in the Sam's Club and took a number of bags of chips, trail mix, cookies, candy and chewing gum. We also get our bottled water there.

Most if not all, the assets must be consumable. People do not want things like wear bathrobes, slippers, DVD, etc. back. Keep it simple, edible and disposable.

Things like the fabrics and medications can be like a good idea, but I am against it for 2 reasons. First, the search for drugs is packed harder than you think and more than it's worth. The same goes for toothpaste, mouthwash, etc. Most people things like Tylenol and toiletries, have with them, and if not, it is likely that the hotel offers free of charge or against a symbolic contribution. IMO, it's a waste of money to them surprises in their implementation.

Secondly, we are not responsible for the delivery of any kind of drugs, regardless innocent it may seem. Let the children Tylenol his hands on the bag before the parents are and swallow, think about how sweet it is.This is a small risk, but we must take. Stay away from drugs.

Keep a rule, simple and thoughtful. Bags should not be super fancy or expensive - very likely to be deported anyway. More investment in the contents of the bag itself. We took the bags at a craft store, tied with a ribbon and glued on a label with our logo and the names of the guests. Made.

So not something you forget an extra bottle of water in a bag or two (or even a whole bag, extra) for a family is far-reaching. To do after a long journey, the parents do not want to hear your kids fighting about who gets what in the bag of tricks. You an extra bag is a nice thoughtful touch.

Keep all the information they provide short and uncomplicated. The recommendation of a few restaurants, or activities, is welcome - the load down with dozens of menus is an exaggeration. I do not give a list of other guests - let the customers themselves, as perhaps some of them do not want to socialize and are nowPeople prefer to know what is the space the contact information to a family member or friend who can answer questions on the spot, is a good idea, even if, as a set of instructions for the ceremony and / or reception if necessary .

Do you want to put in her hotel room before check-in? You can put some of the menus of the restaurants in his pockets. With some of bath / shower products. They are always great gifts. If your location has a certain element to add as not to forget that. Our city has a little honey fabulous local treasures, so that something like this would be fantastic. Perhaps a coupon, a local store.

I bag and includes all local drives in them. We live in the Bay Area of San Francisco, so that things like Ghirardelli chocolate, Jelly Belly's, a division of the California wine, maps of science fiction and the Wine Country ... this kind of thing! Oh, and I've got a booklet of "21 things on a visit to Mike and Kathleen's Wedding" - # 21 was our wedding! HTH!

Your basket or hospitality should not be expensive. Whatever you choose to welcome their guests from afar, will certainly be appreciated.

Packaged Home "is another way of saying hello to family and friends from the city. A basket was not a basket, a small bag or even a slight hand-decorated brown paper bag to do the work. Jazz container of choice with tissue paper, tulle and / or a ribbon with the colors of the kickoff celebration of the wedding .. So pack your bags with a mix of some of the following options:

"A welcome note, a guest list that includes, and phone number so they can communicate, the way of marriage for results and events and maps drawn by hand the main attractions make good start. If your budget allows, also a reminder . Think of something that this approach

Help for visitors from far away to meet her guide in his hometown, including an updated copy of the information-nic free! In addition to the tourist attractions, tours and adventure HistoAMERICAS said guests want to know where the shopping, laundry, beauty salons, fitness centers, the development of websites movies, ATM services and some of their favorite restaurants, and the brand, and a detailed map of the city.
Just for fun, could also places like the Center, "where we are," or "if we left

Snacks are useful for visitors, sweets, drinks or other acceptable items must be guaranteed success. In addition, you do not enjoy perishables, such as a variety of pastries, cookies, nuts, tea bags and fresh fruit.

"It is very useful to some often forgotten, but it needs: the packet size of the sample of antacids or aspirin, for example, bathroom or small items such as soap, toothpaste, etc..

Congratulations and good luck to you and yours!

As a frequent traveler, I think one of the best things is to deliver a few bottles of water and pop / soda. And some snacks like popcorn (if the rooms have a microwave), chips or candy. Snacks in the mini-bars and vending machines are so expensive, you will appreciate. If you buy all your snacks in bulk, much cheaper. Do not worry offer soaps, lotions, bath bubbles, etc already offer because the hotels. But you want to include Mai Travel-size tissues and relieve pain (aspirin, paracetamol, etc.) that are always useful. Another good idea is to include a tour to the details of the wedding with a friend, relative or a wedding coordinator if they have questions. Are the brochures of attractions in the area and places to eat. In addition, you should have no noise. I have allowed it to baskets and most things are not in operation, so you do not need much. But do not forget to thank a friendly note or a letter from both of you which you for coming.

In case anyone has forgotten something:
* Toothbrush
* Travel size toothpaste
* Mini Hand Cream (for women)
* Travel soap / shampoo /

Extras:
* Some Chocolate
* The disposable camera (the marriage can take)
* If you stay for a few days, make a list and a map of some local restaurants and pharmacies
* Buy live Linen Spray (a bottle and put some in small spray bottles to save a dollar ... it is ideal for people in a hotel)

As things are smart, you can homemade soap, candles, decorate a photo frame to take home, or something like that.

I adorable bags. We have turquoise bag tied with ribbon coral ( "My Colors"). I closed all calls with stickers that said that our names and wedding date. I had some remnants of what I have on the front of the bags they had more "custom".

In the bags I have a few bottles of water, a bottle of juice when they had children, bags of biscuits and a few packets biscuits Lance. I also have the card with the invitations - only provided for the event that he lost. Directions from the hotel to any of our homes (so if you were by his fam or believe that the same bag could get invited). He collected maps of the region, and a lil bit of info / activities in the Chamber of Commerce, see / Visitors Bureau is free.

We had the game block hotel for people who come to the rehearsals on Friday. When they kill a whole day, we thought you might be interested in what to do in the area. In addition, the addresses of the commercial center (up to 2 was increased from our files, so that if they are not from the acquisition, which couldit) and address a number of restaurants in the region.

All this was free - that's not the cost of paper and ink for printing. We bought a big bottle of water at Sam's Club for about $ 30. The juice and bags of pretzels from Sam's Club. The cost for all but $ 100 for each.

Basically primarily address anywhere. If they have to go - How to go back.

Good luck!

We have done this for our customers outside the city. We were married in the fall and small baskets (seemed bushel), but smaller) brown paper with pink silk (color and with leaflets in the area of restaurants and shops lining stuffed apples, homemade biscuits, jams, sweets and a bottle of wine from a local winery. We also have a note thanking them for the journey and the basket is completely wrapped in a cellophane bag. We are here for booking hotel rooms for our guests on the left and baskets in the hotel reception for our guests receive at check-in!
